Salon policies

  • Children's Safety: At Nail Lounge we do not allow children under the age of 13 to accompany clients and/or receive any services regardless if parent/guardian is present due to safety purposes. 
  • Gratuity: Gratuities are much appreciated for our hardworking team. However, we do not allow tips (gratuities) to be issued by credit or debit card, it must be cash only. 
  • Walk-ins & Appointments:We accept walk-ins seven days a week and appointments Monday through Thursday only. Appointments are made in-store or online only, please click here if you'd like to book a reservation. We do not reserve your spot same day, over the phone or via direct message, on the weekends due to heavy traffic-every client must sign their names on the waitlist and be present once their name is called. We give a ten minute courtesy before moving on to the next client. 
  • Hours of Operation: 

    Monday 12 P.M.-7 P.M.

    Tuesday - Thursday 10 A.M.-7 P.M

    Friday- Saturday 10 A.M.- 9 P.M.

    Sunday 12 P.M.- 6 P.M.

    The hours above are subject to change depending on the waitlist on that specific day.

  • No Soliciting: Absolutely no selling of any kind from outside sources are allowed at Nail Lounge at any time. This includes but is not limited to: food/snacks, jewelry, makeup, clothes, etc. Solicitors will be asked to leave. 

  • Refunds: We do not administer any refunds. Once a client has received a service from Nail Lounge, they will be held financially accountable for it. All pricing information could be found here and is explained to the client before and throughout each service. If a client cannot understand our nail tech clearly there is always a receptionist at the front desk who will be happy to either translate, further explain, and/or answer to any concerns or questions the client may have. If there are any issues regarding the shaping of acrylic nails, it must be stated before polish and/or designs are added. If a client is unsatisfied with his or hers final service, it must be stated the day of so our nail techs can either fix or redo. If a client breaks a nail after 4 days, we will charge a fee of $5 to fix it. Any day before the 4 day mark is free of charge.  

  • Sales & Promotions: Only one discount could be used per visit. The coupon or code must be present and valid (please check the expiration dates) during the time of checkout.

  • Gift Cards: expire after six months of purchase. 

  • Fill-ins: Our professional nail techs will decide if your nails are in need of a fill-in or a full set. The final price is based off their decision.
